Please check your printer settings, paper size, and colour calibration when printing at home, as results vary between devices. Digital downloads are non‑returnable, so we encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you ever need help, just reach out — I’m always happy to assist. Digital downloads include lifetime access with unlimited downloads. Customers can re‑download their files at any time using the link sent to their email. Please keep your download email safe for future access.

- If you need help with troubleshooting a downloaded purchase or giveaway from the Shop Pearly Creatives store, hosted on Payhip.com, or from the Giveaways page also hosted on Payhip, after exhausting all the methods below, please use the button link at the foot of this page This ensures your message reaches the right place. It’s checked daily and you will be replied to as soon as possible. The Payhip platform does allow customers to download the file as many times as they like, given that, you will have a lifetime access to it. Please keep your link safe for future use.
Step-by-step guide and Troubleshooting procedures for both downloads and giveaways
Purchased Downloads
- Check your confirmation email Look for the download link or attachment included with your order from Payhip.
- Check your account/order page Payhip often stores digital files directly in your order history. Payhip download links do not expire. Unlimited Downloads. Lifetime Access to files their download page is active permanently. No Payhip account needed your link will still work forever. The only time you will lose access is if you delete the item from your dashboard.
- Check your device’s Downloads folder The file may already be saved automatically.
- Open the file Most downloads are PDF, JPG, or PNG. Occasionally a .ZIP file. Make sure your device can open these formats. Update the necessary software on your device. Regretfullly, I’m unable to help with technical issues on your device, but of course, I will gladly help with any Payhip platform download queries.
- Although you shouldn’t have to, as a last resort, you could try sending your email download link to a friend, family member or asking them to help and see if they have the same issue with opening the file concerned.
- Retry the download again.

- Choose a giveaway Select any item listed on the Giveaways page.
- Click the download button The file should begin downloading instantly. Files have a lifetime access. As Giveaways are free, we reserve the right to delist those files at any time. So we recommend keeping the first Masterfile downloaded in your storage once you have it, and before editing.
- Save and open the file Store it somewhere easy to find, then open it with a compatible app.
