1. General Licencing Policy
- What this page covers This page explains how you may use Pearly Creatives digital products, including personal use, commercial use, AI‑assisted content, and copyright ownership. All products are created or curated by me, Liz, and are protected under copyright.
- Who owns the designs All artwork, layouts, text, templates, and final designs remain the intellectual property of Pearly Creatives Ltd unless a commercial licence is purchased.There are two available and larger enterprise licences are available to be tailored to specific needs. Please contact me for a quotation. A contact button is at the foot of this page.
2. Commercial Use Terms
- Commercial licences are available If you wish to use a Pearly Creatives Ltd design in a finished product you plan to sell, you will need a commercial licence. There are three types of licence policies readily available in all, and further information is listed below, along with the appropriate price lists, terms and purchase links buttons.
- As a small business myself, I prefer to keep licencing flexible, fair and affordable.
3. AI‑Use Disclosure
- Do you use AI? Yes — some artwork and design elements are created using AI tools such as Canva’s Dream Labs, Leonardo and Kittl’s AI and other AI features. These tools support my creative process, but every final product is curated, edited, and finished by me and with Canva at present.
- Ethical use of AI —I do not use or sell any AI‑generated images that contain:
- signatures
- watermarks
- artist marks
- identifiable people
- copyrighted characters
If an AI tool generates something that appears too similar to an existing artwork, I do not use it.
- Your rights when using AI‑assisted designs You may use AI‑assisted designs as stated in your particular usage or commercial licence.

Personal / Gift Use Licence – Per Artwork

- What “personal use” means You may use the files for your own personal projects, planning, organisation, journaling, printing at home, or digital use on your devices.This licence covers prints and products from our Giveaways Page.
What You Can Do
- Under this licence, you are permitted to:
- Print the artwork for your home, office, or personal space
- Print the artwork as a personal gift for friends or family
- Use the artwork in your own private environment (e.g., home décor, personal projects)
- Print the artwork as many times as you like for personal use
- Resize the artwork for personal printing needs
- Store the digital files on your personal devices for future printing
- This licence is designed to give you complete freedom for personal enjoyment of the artwork.
What You Cannot Do
- This licence does not permit any commercial, business, or resale activity. You may not:
- Sell the artwork in any form (digital or physical)
- Use the artwork in any business, shop, or commercial environment
- Upload the artwork to any marketplace (Etsy, Payhip, Amazon, Redbubble, etc.)
- Use the artwork for advertising, branding, or promotional materials
- Claim the artwork as your own creation
- Share, distribute, or give away the digital files
- Use the artwork in any product you intend to sell
- Use the artwork in print‑on‑demand services
- Use the artwork in social media posts promoting a business
- Upload to any stock photo website
- use them in illegal, hateful, or harmful content

Reporting concerns If you ever notice a design that appears similar to another artist’s work, please contact me. I take copyright and ethical creation seriously and will review it immediately.
You may not remove watermarks, logos, or copyright notices where present.Duration of Licence
This licence is perpetual — it does not expire. You may continue to print and enjoy the artwork for personal use indefinitely.
Medium Business Use Licence – Per Artwork
What You Can Do
Under this licence, you are permitted to:
- Use the artwork in physical products you sell (prints, posters, décor, gifts, crafts, etc.)
- Use the artwork in digital products you sell (as long as the artwork is not extractable)
- Sell up to 5,000 total units per artwork
- Use the artwork on your website, shop listings, and marketing materials
- Use the artwork on platforms such as Etsy, Shopify, Payhip, Amazon Handmade, and personal websites
- Print the artwork through professional print shops for resale
- Resize the artwork for your commercial needs
- Keep the files for ongoing production within the licence limits
This licence is designed for growing businesses that need flexible commercial usage without enterprise‑level rights.
What You Cannot Do
You cannot use this licence for items on the Pearly Creatives Ltd Giveaways Page.
This licence does not permit unrestricted or large‑scale commercial activity. You may not:
Use the artwork in trademarked logos or brand identities
Sell more than 5,000 units per artwork
- Use the artwork in mass‑production, wholesale, or large retail distribution
- Upload, sell, or distribute the artwork as standalone digital files
- Sell the artwork as clipart, templates, or editable graphics
- Use the artwork in print‑on‑demand platforms (Redbubble, Society6, TeeSpring, etc.)
- Claim the artwork as your own creation
- Share, redistribute, or give away the digital files
- Use the artwork in AI training datasets or machine‑learning models

You cannot use this licence for items on the Pearly Creatives Ltd Giveaways Page.
What You Can Do
Under this licence, you are permitted to:
- Use the artwork in physical products for sale (prints, posters, décor, gifts, crafts, etc.)
- Use the artwork in digital products for sale (as long as the artwork is not extractable)
- Produce and sell up to 25,000 total units per artwork
- Use the artwork in marketing, branding, and promotional materials
- Use the artwork on your website, online shop, and social media
- Sell products on platforms such as Etsy, Shopify, Payhip, Amazon Handmade, eBay, and personal websites
- Print through professional print shops for resale
- Resize the artwork for commercial needs
- Store the files for ongoing production within licence limits
- This licence is designed for businesses with higher sales volume and broader commercial needs.
What You Cannot Do
This licence does not permit unlimited or enterprise‑level usage. You may not:
