- Digital product usage rules – All digital downloads purchased from Pearly Creatives are for personal use only unless a commercial licence is clearly provided, or you have purchased one.You may print your artwork at home or through a print shop, display it in your space, and enjoy it as intended. However, sharing files, reselling digital downloads, uploading artwork to other platforms, or using designs commercially without permission is strictly prohibited. These rules protect the originality and value of each design.
- Customer responsibilities – Customers are responsible for ensuring their device can open common file types (PDF, JPG, PNG, ZIP), entering the correct email address at checkout, and downloading their files within the allowed timeframe. Please check your printer settings, paper size, and colour calibration when printing at home, as results vary between devices. Digital downloads are non‑returnable, so we encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you ever need help, just reach out — I’m always happy to assist. Digital downloads include lifetime access with unlimited downloads. Customers can re‑download their files at any time using the link sent to their email. Please keep your download email safe for future access.
